Diploma In Mental Health Care & Counselling
The course is designed to provide a strong foundation to participants in theoretical and practical aspects of mental health care. The course will comprise of
- Recognition and Identification of various mental disorders
- Counselling techniques
- Psychological interventions
- Family interventions
- Psychosocial rehabilitation
- Community care
Duration: 12 months starting July 2018
Face to face classes at SCARF, Anna Nagar on every Saturday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Reading materials will be sent on line. Interim evaluations will be done periodically. Final examination will be conducted at the end of the course.
Fees: Rs 60,000 (Sixty thousand). Can be paid as a single instalment or in two of Rs. 30,000.
